Hello, I'm Paddy Paddison. 
My pronouns are they/them.

I'm a hybrid senior creative based in London with heaps of experience in art direction, copywriting, campaign conception, shoots, post prod, animation direction and experiential projects.

Agencies I've worked at include TBWA/LDN, Karmarama, Don't Panic, CP&B, Dark Horses, NOW, Gay Times X
& The Monkeys Sydney. 

I'm an advocate for diversity and inclusion and have founded LGBTQ+ networks, organised numerous events and implemented inclusive policy changes for agencies. 
I always strive to reflect this advocacy in my creative work and have consulted on many campaigns for LGBTQ+ audiences as well as speaking at D&I events.

In 2022 I co-founded the UK's first truly LGBTQ+ inclusive grassroots football league, Clubs United. We are currently playing regularly with a community network of over 30 teams from across London. Check out @clubs.united to see us in action.
